If the buyer chooses to download the product but encounters technical issues caused by the seller’s server, the seller agrees to send a new download link via email at no additional cost. If the buyer is still unable to complete the download due to server-related issues, they must contact the seller’s support team, which will provide an appropriate solution at no extra charge. In this case, the buyer is not entitled to a refund.
If the buyer is unable to download the product due to technical issues unrelated to the seller—such as problems caused by the buyer, their internet service provider, or a third party—the seller is not responsible and is not obliged to provide a new download or a free product delivery. The buyer must complete the download within five (5) business days; after this period, the download will no longer be available, even if payment has been made. The buyer waives any claims or complaints regarding this matter.
